What we do
Three disciplines, one studio.
Design
We measure your space, study how you train, and draft a layout that does both. CAD plans, materials palette, lighting, ventilation. Treated as architecture, not as a kit.
Build
Our team installs end-to-end. Floor, walls, mirrors, mechanical, electrical, joinery. One contractor, one project manager, one delivery date. Most projects complete in four to twelve weeks.
Equip
We hand-craft wooden free-weight stands, benches, ice baths and sauna cabins in our workshop. Standard equipment is sourced from a short, opinionated list of manufacturers we trust.

Workshop
Bespoke wooden equipment.
A short, opinionated range — designed in-house, hand-turned in solid hardwood, finished with brass and steel. Built to last a lifetime, repairable for ever.
Walnut dumbbell stand
Solid walnut, six pairs, 5–27 kg. Stamped weights, brass detailing.
Kettlebell tower
Five pairs, 4–24 kg. Compact footprint, displays the full set vertically.
Plate tree
Brass-trimmed plates, 5–55 kg. Wall-side or freestanding.
Adjustable bench
Solid ash, brass hinges. Six positions, flat to incline.

Recovery, at home
The Home Wellness Suite.
The same integrated longevity system we build for private island resorts — hot, cold, light and rest, engineered as one ritual — sized for a spare room, a garden studio or a pool house. Finished in light timber and brushed steel, or rich walnut and solid copper: naturally antimicrobial, warmer with every year of patina.
The Combined Sauna
Infrared and traditional heat in a single two-person cabin, with an optional frequency-sound layer for vagus-nerve therapy. Finished like bespoke furniture.
The Red Light Panel
A full-body photobiomodulation panel integrated into the sauna — red and near-infrared light for skin, cellular energy and recovery.
The Steam Room
A right-sized, sealed cabin with salt halotherapy, chromotherapy and aroma. Compact by design, so it saturates quickly and holds steam reliably.
The Ice Bath
A self-contained cold plunge: stainless-steel tub, embedded chiller, wrapped in fine Canadian cedar. On the terrace or by the pool.
The Recovery Lounger
A sculptural vibroacoustic and PEMF lounger — the rest phase where the nervous system down-shifts and the contrast ritual lands.
The Sensory Layer
Circadian and chromotherapy lighting, scent and sound, tied together with simple, intuitive controls that make the ritual effortless.

Nine pieces. One material language.
Cardio, strength and guided training that live openly in a beautiful room — quiet, largely self-powered, and finished like the furniture around them. Every piece is offered in two considered finishes: The Standard — a clean, honest pairing of pine and brushed steel — and The Cuprum Edition — rich walnut and solid copper, naturally antimicrobial and warmer with every year of patina.
The Treadmill
Self-powered and virtually silent, crafted from natural materials and finished like bespoke furniture — a smooth, purposeful run that preserves the calm of the room.
The Rower
Water-powered and exceptionally quiet. Solid hardwoods, finished to furniture standards — warmth, balance and a full-body training experience.
The Bike
A sculptural, furniture-grade exercise bike in natural timber, precision-engineered for a smooth, quiet ride.
The Bench
Conceals precision adjustable dumbbells up to 50 kg for effortless weight changes — a complete strength solution in custom timber and leather.
The Rack
Dumbbells, medicine balls and a long bar with weights, arranged for balance and ease of use. Order, warmth and clarity.
The Squat Rack
Precision-engineered for the full range of compound movements — squats, bench press, deadlifts — while sitting quietly within refined interiors.
The Adjustable Weights
Compact and portable between house, pool, garden or beach, presented in a bespoke case. Considered strength training in any setting.
The Wall Bars
A sculptural solid-timber system for pull-ups, stretching, mobility and TRX training. Understated, architectural, seamless in the wall.
The Mirror
An AI-driven fitness mirror — intelligent trainers analyse movement in real time across strength, mobility, recovery and breath work.

Our gyms are built around solid timber, low-energy lighting, passive ventilation and equipment that doesn’t need replacing. The carbon cost of a Home Gyms Design build measures roughly one-fifth of an equivalent commercial-grade fit-out — independently calculated, measured per project.
